All Sketch Wallet products and Sketchplanner products are shipped from Henderson, Nevada USA. 
Most orders ship the same day.
Average US transit time is 2 to 3 days. 
US and International orders are typically sent via US Postal Service.

Return Policy 

• If you are unhappy with the wallet size and would like to try another size you can exchange it and the difference in price can be refunded or we can send you additional product to make up for the cost difference.
  
  
• If your product is defective please send a photo and description to hello@sketchwallet.com and we will quickly send a replacement.
  
  
• If you’d like to return your unused purchase, just mail it back and when we receive it we’ll refund the product amount.
